摘要
自20世纪中期以来,随着电子信息技术与电子商务的发展,互联网正成为国际贸易新的平台。随着网络经济的兴起,企业凭借网络平台跨越了时空对实际交易的束缚,交易范围扩大,交易成本减少,促使了国际分工继续深化,中间品贸易大量出现。本文将应用交易成本理论,对网络经济及电子商务背景下企业由垂直一体化向垂直分离化分工演进及其这种演进对国际贸易的影响进行分析。
Since the middle of the 20th century, the Internet is has been becoming the platform of international trade with the development of information technology and E-business. According to the definition by ITLC of UN, E-business is a measure to promote international trade by EDI and other communicational means. Along with the rising of network economy, companies get rid of the time and space. Their area of dealing is extended and the cost of dealing is reduced by right of network platform. This paper analyzes the envelopment fi＇om vertically integration to vertically disintegration and the influences to the international trade.
