摘要
由于电子通信技术的发展,企业搜寻成本下降,跨国公司协调能力加强,跨国公司将其不具有竞争优势的环节分包出去,形成了非投资的异地化生产格局,这种垂直分离化与原先利用投资形成纵向一体化在制度安排上的差异,本文对此进行了分析。
With the development of electronic communication technology and the decrease of search cost,MNCs have strengthened,their coordination ability. MNCs outsource their segment without competitive advantage,forming the situation of non-localized prodnction without dirent investment. The paper makes an analysis on the difference of institutional arrangement between this type of vertical disintegration and the former horizontal integration using investment.
