摘要
目的研究β-七叶皂甙钠配置于5%葡萄糖注射液中在加温状态下的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定加热到20℃、30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃后,8 h内配伍液中β-七叶皂甙钠的含量及吸收曲线的变化,同时测定配伍液的pH值、不溶性微粒数并观察药液外观。结果在以上5种温度条件下,8 h内配伍液外观澄明、pH值、不溶性微粒数均无明显变化,配伍液中β-七叶皂甙钠的含量、吸收曲线也无明显变化。结论β-七叶皂甙钠溶于5%葡萄糖液中温度在20~45℃时,8 h内稳定,可供临床加温使用。
Objective To study the stability ot β-aesine sodium with 5% glucose injection under heating. Methods The content ol β-aesine sodium and the absorption curve were determined by UV-spectrophotometer at the point of 20℃, 30℃, 35℃, 40℃, 45℃ separately. At the same time, pH, insoluble particle of the mixture injection and the change in the appearance were studied. Results There were no significant changes in appearance, pH, insoluble particle, the content of β-aesine sodium and absorption curve under five temperature conditions in 8 hours. Conclusion β-aesine sodium with 5% glucose injection are stable when heated to 20-45℃ within 8 hours, so it can be heated when using in clinic.
