摘要
依照模块化建模的思想,对HAT循环进行了模块化分解,分别建立了压气机模块、透平模块、饱和器模块、换热器模块、燃烧室模块、转动惯量模块等几大模块,在此基础上,利用EASY5仿真平台搭建了HAT循环的整体仿真模型,然后对该系统做了稳态和动态的仿真试验。结论认为,简单燃气轮机循环改造为HAT循环需要重新设计透平部件以适应由于饱和器而带来的质量流量增大的问题;在同样的透平进口温度下,HAT循环同简单燃气轮机循环比较,效率有大幅提高,出力增加;在发生动态变化时,HAT循环变工况性能良好。
according to the idea of modular modeling, the HAT cycle is decomposed into several interacting subsystems. The main modules of the system include: compressor module, turbine module, saturator module, heat exchanger module, combustion chamber module, rotor module, etc., Based on these modules, the dynamic simulation model of the HAT cycle is erected on the EASY5 platform, then the steady and dynamic simulation experiments are studied.
