摘要
在传统燃气轮机循环的动态仿真研究中,对涡轮部件的处理一般都采用涡轮特性图或曲线的方法来完成;但对于HAT循环而言,由于进入涡轮的工质是高温高压高湿的燃气,在目前的条件下还无法得到涡轮的特性图或曲线,这样为了建立HAT循环的动态仿真模型,该文根据涡轮的工作原理建立了基于逐级计算的涡轮部件性能仿真模块;在此基础上,以简单燃气轮机循环动态仿真模型为对象,涡轮部件的模块分别采用了基于特性图的方法和基于逐级计算的的方法,从而可以对这两种方法进行比较;然后针对湿燃气在不同的含湿量下,对涡轮部件进行了动态性能仿真试验;结果证明了基于逐级计算的涡轮模块的可行性,为HAT循环整体动态仿真模型的完成打下了很好的基础。
In the traditional study for the dynamic simulation of the gas turbine cycle, the turbine is erected through the turbine map which is obtained from the manufacturer as a graph on a sheet of paper. But for the HAT cycle, as the working fluid into the turbine is high temperature, high pressure and high humid, the simulation module of the turbine in the cycle can not still use this sheet of paper. In order to erect the dynamic simulation of the HAT cycle, the paper erects a new turbine module on the basis of the performance calculation stage by stage according to the working principle of the turbine. Then the paper uses the dynamic simulation model of the simple gas turbine cycle to validate the correctness of the new module of the turbine on the EASY5 simulation platform. From the simulation results, it can be gotten that the new simulation way can be used for the dynamic simulation model of the HAT cycle.
