摘要
本文的目的是确定接地电极转动对介质阻挡放电的影响。采用不对称电极结构来降低外加的工作电压。实验的结果表明:接地电极静止或转动介质阻挡放电将呈现不同的放电形式和电流波形。文中对其原因进行了讨论。
Influence of the rotating grounding electrode on dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) was studied. An asymmetric electrode geometry is used to lower the operating voltage. The experimental results indicate that the dielectric barrier discharge will show different forms and discharge current waveforms by fixing or rotating the grounding electrode, The cause is discussed.
