苯那普利对老年原发性高血压患者胰岛素样生长因子-1水平和左室重构的干预作用 被引量:1

The change of insulin-like growth factor-1 and left ventricular remodeling in elderly essential hypertension and the interfered effects by benazepril

摘要 目的:观察用苯那普利治疗老年原发性高血压(EH)患者6个月前后血清胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1)的水平及左室质量指数(LVMI)的变化。方法:用放射免疫法检测EH患者40例(EH组)和老年健康者36例(NC组)血清IGF-1水平,以超声测定2组的LVMI,并观察EH组用苯那普利治疗6个月前后二者的改变。结果:EH组血清IGF-1水平为(207.70±79.21)μg/L,明显高于NC组(132.53±35.62)μg/L(P<0.01);LVMI 分别为150.67±25.48、101.32±13.56(P<0.05)。苯那普利治疗6个月后,血清IGF-1水平降至(156.82±36.40)μg/L(P<0.01),LVMI下降至112.01±22.34(P<0.05)。结论:EH组患者血清IGF-1及LVMI水平升高,苯那普利治疗可使IGF-1水平降低,并逆转左室肥厚。 Objective: To evaluate the changes of serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) in elderly patients with essential hypertension(EH) before and after 6 months treatment by Benazepril. Method:Forty elderly patients suffering from EH (EH group)and 36 healthy elderly people (NC group) were selected. The serum IGF-1 level was measured by immunoradiometry and LVMI was determined by echocardiography. Result:Compared with NC group [(132.53±35. 62)ng/ml], the level of IGF-1 in EH group [(207.70±79.21) ng/ml] was significantly higher ( P〈0.01) ;The levels of LVMI were (150.67±25.48)kg/ m^2, (101.32±13.56)kg/m^2 respectively (P〈0.05). After 6 months treatment by Benazepril, IGT-1 was reduced to (156.82±36.40)ng/ml ( P 〈0.01) while LVMI was decreased to (112.01±22.34)kg/m^2 ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The elderly patients with EH exist the high levels of IGT-1 and LVMI. Benazepril can decrease IGT-1 and regress left ventricular hypertrophy.
