摘要
因为股权结构和外部环境差异而产生的公司治理模式问题,是目前公司治理理论研究领域的热点问题之一,治理模式划分与相互比较、治理模式形成原因分析以及治理模式是否趋同的理论观点构成了其中的主要内容。对公司治理模式不同观点的考察不仅能把握主流公司治理理论研究的全貌,更重要的是为我国企业和金融机构公司治理的完善提供经验借鉴。
Corporate governance style, which emerges from ownership and differences in exterior environment, is one of the issues that attract most attentions in the area of corporate governance at present. The definition of governance styles and comparison between them ,and analysis of causes that result in governance styles and the point of view constitute its major content. Investigation of different views on corporate governance styles can help to grasp the full views of main stream research of corporate governance. What is more important, it can provide experiences for perfection of enterprises and financial in stitutions in terms of corporate governance in China.
