摘要
普通单一叶蜡石材料传压密封介质在高温高压下容易发生相变,影响介质的使用性能。现在生产中普遍使用叶蜡石-白云石复合传压密封介质,白云石具有高的热膨胀系数、低热导率以及在高压下物相稳定等特点,弥补了叶蜡石矿物的缺陷,使复合介质性能得到改善。目前人们正在研究进一步改善复合介质的技术方法,如在白云石材料中添加某些其他矿物材料。
The phase change of ordinary pressure-transfer sealing medium made by pyrophylite occurs under high temperature and high pressure, which influences the medium's functions. Now composite pressure-transfer and sealing medium made by pyrophylite and dolomite is used in production. Dolomite possess greater heat expansion coefficient, lower heat conductivity and stable physical phase under high pressure. It can remedy the flaw of pyrophylite's physical phase change and improve the medium's functions. Now the medium's preparation technology is improving , for example, some other mineral material are add to dolomite.
