摘要
乡镇政府是我国最基层的政府。目前,学术界都主张对乡镇政府进行变革,以使其发挥应有的作用。本文从行政生态学理论、组织理论、博弈理论和交易成本理论等视角系统分析了变革我国乡镇政府的合理性和必要性。
This article points out that villages and towns＇ government are the most essential government in China and it needs reforming in the new era. It systematically analyzes the rationales and necessities of its reform from the view of government ecology theory, framework theory game theory and transaction cost theory.
