儿科陪护人员是医护人员与患儿沟通的纽带,也是优化护患关系不可缺少的对象,尤其在多民族边远地区,儿科陪护人员的民族习惯、个人文化素质及其对军队医疗体制改革的了解均有不同程度的差异,做好与陪护人员沟通对优化护患关系、提高护理质量和减少护理纠纷具有重要作用。
Pediatric accompany is not only a bridge between medical staff and patients but also an indispensable factor to optimize the nurse - patient relationship, especially in multinational and remote district, there is some difference in national custom and individual quality of pediatric accompany, and their understanding of the reform of army medical treatment system.
