摘要
江苏作为全国最大的弱筋小麦优势产区,发展弱筋小麦产业具有独特的优势。为了寻求发展江苏弱筋小麦的有效途径,借助战略研究的方法,分析江苏发展弱筋小麦产业的优势和面临的困难,从发展战略的角度提出了弱筋小麦产业化的思路和方法。强调只有抓住机遇,合理利用各种资源,充分发挥各种优势,科学运筹,才能满足国内优质弱筋小麦需求总量的50%以上的份额,使江苏的弱筋小麦产业走上可持续发展的道路。
Jiangsu Province, as the largest production area for weak gluten wheat, has its unique advantage and potential for the weak gluten wheat development. In order to find the approach for Jiangsu to develop weak gluten wheat industry, we recurred to tactic research method and brought forward the thoughts and methods for develop weak gluten wheat industry in view of strategy. It was necessary to make full use of the opportunity and take advantage of its potential and advantage, so as to supply over 50% of the national demand for good quality weak gluten wheat, and manage in a scientific way to support the sustainable development of weak gluten wheat in Jiangsu Province.
