松香基丙烯酸酯核-壳共聚压敏胶的研制 被引量:2

摘要 以丙烯酸酯类为原料,采用核壳共聚合成出压敏胶乳液,讨论了核、壳乳液配比、引发剂、乳化剂、相比等因素对乳液性能的影响,并用自制的松香酯乳液对压敏胶进行了改性,得出了松香酯乳液适宜的质量分数为20%。测定了改性后的压敏胶性能,其指标为:初粘力为12(球号),持粘力为7 h,180°剥离强度每25 mm为6 N,与同类压敏胶相比较,综合性能良好。 A kind of rosin modified acrylate PSA was prepared by core-shell emulsion polymerization, some determinant factors on product properties were discussed in detail as follows : proportion of core and shell, initiator, emulsifier, phase ratio ;The optimum concentration of rosin ester emulsion in PSA is 20%. The properties of rosin modified acrylate PSA was tested and the results observed are : the tack of adhesive is 12 (steel-ball number) ,the holding power of PSA is 7 h and the 180° peel strength is 6 N/25 mm. It was found that the product thus modified has excellent properties as PSA compared with others similar.
