摘要
从观念、法律、金融环境等方面分析了当前我国实施MBO必然面对的障碍,并提出了消除障碍、规范MBO的相应对策。
This paper analyzes on the obstacles that are faced by our country currently in carrying out MBO from aspects of the conception, law, and financial environment, etc., and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for removing the obstacles and regulating MBO.
