摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从紫荆皮中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油成分进行分析,共鉴定了34个成分,并用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。
34 chemical constituents of the essential oil from cortex cercis chinensis were separated and identified by GC- MS. The relative contents of them were determined by area nomaliation.
