摘要
目的观察不同给药途径治疗局部感染的疗效。方法应用全身、局部、全身兼局部3种给药途径给予抗菌药。结果达到治疗要求标准,单独全身用药时间长于单独局部用药,全身用药加局部用药与单独局部用药时间差别无显著性意义。结论单独局部应用抗菌药是治疗局部感染较为理想的给药途径。
Objective To observe the curative effect of different routes of medication on the local infections, Methods The antibiotic was used by three routes of medication, which are general action, local application and the general action combined local application. Results To achieve the expected criterion, the time spent on simple general action was longer than the simple local application. The time spent on general action was no obvious difference with the time spent on the simple local applicatiun. Conclusion The simple local application of antibiotic was the fairly ideal route of medication.
