摘要
高等学校内部管理体制是学校内部带有整体性、全局性的制度,直接支配着学校的全部管理工作,是高校进行全面改革的关键环节。目前,我国高校存在人浮于事、机构臃肿、推诿扯皮、效率不高、运转不活、损耗较大的现象。为此,必须依据现代高校管理制度的要求,设置系列有别、层次分明、多元发展的强有力的高校内部组织机构。
Internal management system is one of overall importance inside a higher institution. As the system concerns all the school＇s management work,it constitutes a critical link in the overall reform in higher schools. At present the country＇s higher institutions are beset with overstaffed structure,low efficiency owing to haggling and shifting of responsibilities, which, in turn, leads to inefficient operation and high wastage. To cope with these problems, a powerful, distinctly graded and multi-oriented higher institution internal structure must be established in accordance with higher school management regulations
