摘要
进入21世纪,高等职业教育已经成为高等教育的重要组成部分。高职高专学生的素质与能力的大小直接关系着我国社会主义现代化建设事业的实现。本文介绍了高职高专教育的特点,指出了高职高专学生应具备的素质和能力,并对高职高专学生素质与能力的培养提出了一些对策和看法。
Along the development of higher education popularization, higher vocational and technical education has become its important part in 21^st century. Quality and ability of higher vocational college and academy students influence the achievement of socialism modernization construction. This paper mainly introduces the characteristic and requirements of higher vocational and academy education, points out what quality and ability that higher vocational college and academy students should have, puts forward some countermeasures and strategies of on cultivating the quality and ability of higher vocational college and academy students.
