关系营销理论应用于教学,即通过各种直接或间接的方式密切与学生的关联,在关联的过程中对学生的需求有快速的反应,对师生关系进行有效管理,从而获得回报,最终形成高校的竞争优势。
Relationship marketing theory employed in teaching means getfing closerto student's neitherin direct way or indirect way. During this interaction,the tcacher should make quick response to studcnts' requirment so as to make better managemcoot of SS& T relationship,which is worthy rewarding and tcnds to be compe tetent aduantayc in higher education.
