摘要
随着科学技术和社会经济的发展,企业文化所起的作用日益突出。20世纪90年代以来,电信行业改革步伐的加快和经营环境的变化,要求企业重塑企业文化,增强竞争能力。根据GeertHofstede的文化测度模型,设计《企业文化调查问卷》,在电信运营企业中进行抽样调查进行技术处理,用定性和定量相结合的方法研究企业文化的基本特征和现状。
With the development of science and technology and social economy, corporate culture has become more and more important. Since 1990s', telecom industry has fastened its' pace of reform and its operating environment has changed a lot also. All of them require enterprises to rebuild their corporate culture and strengthen their competitive ability. This paper designed a set of investigating questionnaires about corporate culture according to five-dimensional culture theory of Geert Hofstede. Some sampling surveys were made in the telecom-operating enterprises. Primary characteristics and current states were also studied by mixed methods between quality and quantity.
