摘要
目的探讨晕船易感大鼠脑干前庭区超微结构。方法晕船模拟器对SD大鼠进行模拟晕船刺激筛选晕船易感大鼠,取大鼠脑干前庭区利用透射电镜观察超微结构相对于正常对照组的改变。结果成功建立晕船易感大鼠模型,并观察到晕船易感组大鼠脑干前庭区出现线粒体水肿、粗面内质网扩张及细胞核切迹等缺血缺氧症状的病理学改变。结论推测大鼠晕船易感性可能与脑干前庭区缺血缺氧有关。
Objective To study the brain stem ultrastructure changes in seasickness susceptible rats. Methods SD rats were stimulated by seasickness simulator. Brain stems were taken to observe tbe ultrastructure changes. Results Rat seasickness model was successfully established. Ultrastructure changes of sickness susceptible rats included mitochondrion edema, rough endoplasmic reticulum dilataltion and nucleus notch, which was similar to the pathologic changes of anoxia. Conclusion It is suspected that there may be some relationship between seasickness susceptibility and anoxia in brain stem vestibular area.
