摘要
国际舆论作为国际社会大众心理和时势的反映,是一国国家形象的“晴雨表”,对国际关系具有特殊的影响作用。国际舆论环境在很大程度上决定着主权国家与国际社会的关系和开放程度,制约其对外政策和策略。我们必须立足自身形象的塑造,努力扩大对外宣传工作的覆盖面,在引导国际舆论中发挥积极作用,从而为国家发展创造良好的外部条件。
As the reflection of the masses minds and current situation of international community, the weatherglass of one country＇s image, international public opinion plays important role in international relationship.The circumstance of international public opinion determines the relationship between country with international community and its opening degree and restricts its foreign policy and strategy. We must base ourselves upon constructing our image, make great efforts to expand our external propagandization, play important role in induct international public opinion, so cerate good exterior condition for out country＇s development.
