摘要
分析了文化差异与认知相符下的中美关系,认为美国人对中国社会制度和意识形态的看法,导致双方存在不信任,而在西方主导下的全球化过程中,中国文化与美国文化也进一步交融、碰撞、冲突;在中美两国存在巨大的共同利益的情况下,应正确认识和理解引起中美之间出现的若干矛盾和冲突的知觉性因素,发挥大众传媒作用、重视决策者影响力、加强文化交流、构建双方高层定期会晤和重要问题的紧急磋商机制,从而正确了解认知失调下的中美安全问题超越文化差异,实现共同发展。
The paper has analyzed the Sino-American relation under the cultural difference and recognition conformity. The viewpoints of the American people on Chinese social system and ideology have led to the fact that there is mistrust between both parties. In the process of the globalization dominated by the West, Chinese culture and American culture are further intermingled, collided and clashed with each other. Under the condition that there are huge common interests between China and the United States of America, it is of great significance to correctly recognize and understand the perceptional factors triggering some contradictions and conflicts between them, to bring into play the role of mass media, address the influential power of the policy decision-makers, reinforce the cultural interflow, construct the mechanisms for periodic summit contacts and the emergency consultations on pressing problems between both parties, and then to correctly comprehend that with the maladjustment of the recognition, the Sino-American security problem should surpass the cultural disparity to effect the common development.
