摘要
研究了真空粉末烧结法在H13钢表面上制备三元硼化物基金属陶瓷覆层的组织及性能,论述了烧结工艺对覆层显微组织的影响,分析了覆层与钢基底界面形成特点、覆层的微观硬度分布.结果表明,在1 220~1 250℃下反应烧结,可获得厚度为1~3mm的三元硼化物(Mo2FeB2)基金属陶瓷覆层,覆层和钢基底通过Fe、B、Cr、Ni、V、Mo相互扩散渗透产生牢固结合,硬度达到1 200 HV,有利于提高钢的耐磨性能.
The microstructure and properties of ternary boride based cermet coating on the surface of H13 steel by vacuum powder sintering were investigated.Approaches to the effects of sintering process in coating microstructure were performed,and the interface formation characteristics and hardness distribution in coating layer were analyzed.It was found that ternary boride (Mo_2FeB_2) based cermet coating with 1~3 mm thickness can be prepared by reaction sintering at 1 220~1 250 ℃.The hardness can reach up to 1200HV due to tight bond between coating and steel matrix by inter-diffusion of Fe,B,Cr,Ni V,and Mo,which is helpful to improving the wear resistance of the H13 steel.
