摘要
结合加氢裂化装置目前的实际情况,分析了装置加工高含硫原料油后生产可能出现的分馏塔顶系统设备管线H2S的腐蚀问题,提出相应的对策措施。通过205B-1型加氢裂化缓蚀剂的应用,取得了良好的缓蚀效果。
Based on practical situation of the hydro-cracking plant, it is analyzed that H2S corrosion trouble maybe occurs in equipment and pipes of dis-tillator topping system, after higher sulfur - containing feed is treated in the plant. Corresponding countermeasures were brought forward. Because 205 B-1 type of hydrocracking anticorrosive agent was applied, better anticorrosive effect was obtained.
