摘要
中学图书馆的信息资源管理应采用馆藏模式、服务模式、还是采用商业模式?本文用公共产品理论分析得出结论,中学图书馆是公共产品为主,准公共产品为辅。其应采用市场化程度也是极有限的。笔者建议中学图书馆也应立法,规定政府的应有责任。
How the library in the middle school to manage the information？ In this paper, through analyzing the theory of public goods, conclusion was draw that the library in the middle school is mainly public goods, The author suggests that law should be established for the library in the middle school, and the responsibility of the government should be set.
