摘要
群体性事件是我国当前治安管理工作中影响较大、危害较强、破坏较为严重的治安事件,具有突发性、群体性、对抗性、反复性、联动性、危害性等特点。究其原因,有心理因素和社会因素,它已成为影响我国政治稳定和社会安定的一个重要因素。因此,妥善处置群体性事件,采取有效对策,已成为公安机关当前一项极为重要的工作。
Group event is a serious public security event with great influence , harm and wreck in our current public security management . It has the characteristics of suddenness , group , antagonism,relapse , alliance and harm . It has the factors of psychology and society . It has become an important reason to influence our steady politics and society . So , properly handling group events and taking effective policies have become an important task of public security organs.
