摘要
二氧化钛光催化薄膜是目前备受科研工作者关注的一种功能薄膜材料,利用T iO2薄膜在紫外光照射下所表现出的特有的光催化特性,如高的光催化活性、强的氧化性、超亲油亲水等,可将其用于污染治理、杀菌抗菌、防污自清洁、防雾等场合,在环境保护、医疗卫生、建筑等领域有着重要的应用前景。评述了T iO2光催化薄膜的各种电化学制备技术,分析了各种电化学方法制备T iO2薄膜的原理及所制得薄膜的性能特点,并对T iO2薄膜电化学制备技术的发展予以展望。
Titanium dioxide photocatalytic thin film is a kind of functional film to which many attentions are paid by many researchers at present. Under irradiation of UV light, TiO2 thin film will exhibits exceptional photocatalytic properties such as high photocatalytic activity, better oxidation and super hydrophilic-lipophilic properties etc. It can be widely used in many fields such as environmental protection, antimicrobe and self cleaning, surface antifogging etc. Electrochemical methods for preparing TiO2 thin film are reviewed. Principle of preparing methods and properties of the prepared TiO2 thin films are analyzed. And, the future of electrochemical preparations of this kind of functional film is prospected.
