Second-hand houses have distinctive individual differences, and the transaction is scattered. The seller is generally better informed than the buyer, so the market is packed with a large number of substandard products, so-called lemons like other flea markets. A lot of problems have arisen. How the government will tackle these problems still remains to be observed.
