摘要
科技发展是区域经济社会发展的动力和源泉。在分析了中部科技发展现状的基础上,认为中部科技发展应遵循跨越、开放、市场导向、特色、集成的原则,根据总体和阶段目标,按照计划、主体、项目、产业、资源等方面联动的发展模式,采取科技机制创新、完善法规、健全人才保障体系、构筑信息网络平台等的政策措施,最终能实现中部地区的创新发展。
Science and technology development is the motivation and source for regional socio-economic progress, on the basis of analyzing current development situation of science and technology of Central China, and according to overall and stage goal, this paper concludes that the Central China can achieve innovation development by following the principles of leapfrogging, open, market-oriented, characteristics and integration, adopting the linkage development model of schedule, subject, project, industry and resource, taking the policies and measures of scientific and technological mechanism innovation,perfecting the regulation,perfecting talent＇s insurance system , constructing the network platform of information.
