摘要
在工业应用的机器视觉系统中,存在着较多的图像平面与标定模板平面平行的情况,针对这种情况,提出了一种新的简单而快速的标定方法。该方法仅需要一个取景器和一个平面标定模板,通过取景器可直接得到光轴中心坐标,同时也可计算出镜头的焦距;再利用平面标定模板上的特征点计算出摄像机模型的其他参数。实践证明,该方法无需预标定过程即可迅速、方便地对摄像机的内外参数进行标定,并且具有较好的精度。
A new technique for camera calibration when the image plane is parallel or near-parallel to the plane defined by a calibration board used to provide calibration data was described. The proposed method only required a simple viewfinder and a set of coplanar feature points. Through the viewfinder coordinates of the optical axis and focal distance were easily obtained. Then applying the coplanar feature point, other parameters of camera system could be calculated. The experimental results show that without pre-calibration procedure the method still can quickly and conveniently calibrate the camera system including extrinsic and intrinsic parameters with good precision.
