摘要
目的探讨苦参素联合微卡(母牛分枝杆菌菌苗)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法对照组(28例)给予综合保肝支持治疗16周;治疗组(32例)在对照组的基础上加用苦参素葡萄糖注射液100ml(含苦参素0.6g),每日静脉滴注1次,连用8周,随后改用苦参素胶囊200mg,口服,每日3次,疗程8周;并同时应用微卡(母牛分枝杆菌菌苗)22.5μg,每2周肌肉注射1次,共16周。结果治疗组治疗前后ALT值的变化差异具有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组HBeAg及HBVDNA阴转率分别为43.7%和40.6%;对照组HBeAg及HBVDNA阴转率分别为10.7%和7.1%,两组差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论苦参素联合微卡治疗慢性乙型肝炎,在改善ALT及HBVDNA、HbeAg阴转率方面疗效显著。
Objective To study the efficacy of oxymatrine combines with vaccae(mycohacterium vaccae) in the treatment of chronic B hepatitis. Methods Comprehensive supporting treatment was performed in control group(28 cases) for 16 weeks. On the basis of treatment in control group(32 cases), 100ml (0.6 oxymatrine)was administered intravenously once daily for 8 weeks,subsequently was replaced by oxymatrine caosule,simultaneously vaccae(22.5μg) was performed with intramuusular injection , once every two weeks for 16 weeks. Results Changes of ALT was obviously significant (P 〈 0.01 ) pre- and post-treatment in treatment group. Negative conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV DNA were 43.7% (14/32) and 40.6 % (13/32) respectively in treatment group, in control were 10.7 % (3/28) and 7.1% (2/28). The clinical therapeutic effectiveness on chronic B hepatitis treated by Oxymatrine combined with Cow ramification rod bacteria immunity seedling is reliable in the improvement of ALT and virus signs. There was obvious difference in two groups( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Oxymatrine combined with vaccae in the treatment of chronic B hepatitis can improve effectively normalization rate of ALT and negative conversion rate of HHV DNA and HbeAg.
