摘要 综述了具有较高氧离子电导率的掺杂钙钛矿型LaGaO3基固体电解质近年来的研究进展。总结了通过掺杂和制备工艺改进,提高电解质在离子导电性、机械性能和稳定性方面的新成果。 The progress in the doped perovskite-type LaGaO3 based solid electrolyte with high oxygen-lonic conductivity in recent years was reviewed, The improvements of the properties of electrolytes, such as ionic conductivity, mechanical properties and stability through doping, improving synthesis methods were described.
