摘要
高等教育国际化与民族化的博弈是建立在不同国家、不同学校利益双重性的基础之上的,既相互对立,又协调统一,两者的博弈是正和博弈。应对挑战,我国高等教育应该采取在竞争中合作,在合作中发展的博弈策略,使国际化与本土化之间形成相互渗透、相互融合的态势,并进而催生出新的教育发展模式,增强高等教育的国际竞争力。
The game of higher education＇ s internationalization and nationalization is practised on a dual-benefited basis of different countries and schools. The two are both antagonistic and coherently united. The game between the two is an exact one. In responding to the challenge, the Chinese higher education should adopt the tactics of cooperating in competition and developing in cooperation so that internationalization and nationalization will fuse together and infiltrate into each other and then hasten the birth of a new mode of educational development, and strengthen the international competitiveness of the higher education.
