乳牛血清钙磷乘积与骨密度的关系 被引量:2

摘要 对30头乳牛的血清钙、血清无机磷和骨密度值进行了测定,并进行了钙磷乘积与骨密度值的相关分析,研究表明,血清钙磷乘积为32(28~34)时,骨密度增加最少、其增加值与血清钙、钙磷比值呈显著负相关、钙磷乘积为38(35~40)时,骨密度增加最多,其增加值与血清钙、钙磷比值呈极显著负相关,与血清无机磷呈显著正相关;钙磷乘积为55(41~104)时,骨密度增加居第二位,其增加值与血清钙、血清无机磷、钙磷乘积、钙磷比值相关不显著。 Thirty serum samples were collected from cows to measure bonedensity and concentrations of calcium and phosphorus.In addition,relationship between the bone density and product of theconcentrations of calcium and phosphorus was analysed. The resultsshowed that when the product of calcium and phosphorus was 32(28~34),increase or bone density was the least,moreover,there was a negativerelationship.between the increase and ratio of the concentrations ofcalcium and phosphorus.Whereas,when the product was 38(35~40), theincrease was the most, and it had a negative relationship with the ratioof the concentrations of calcium and phosphorus but a positiverelationship with the concentration of phosphorus.In addition,when theproduct was 55(41~104).the increase was the second-best,and it had nosignificant corelations with both the product and the ratio of theconcentrations of calcium and phosphorus.
