摘要
针对城市信息化、如何实施可持续发展规划,从两方面进行了探讨:(1)可持续的城市规划指导观念:提出区域网络的空间观、城市增长的生态观、经济发展信息化的支撑观、社会整合的人文观、社会-经济-空间复合的系统观、时空持续的发展观等适宜信息化时代城市可持续发展的规划指导理念;(2)可持续的城市规划编制:强调规划编制内容的调整以契合信息化城市的可持续发展,包括对其物质空间规划内容的扩展、空间结构规划网络化特征的体现、城市土地利用规划的调整、城市交通规划的可持续等,以期探求信息化时代城市规划发展的可持续性.
The sustainable development strategy for urban planning is discussed in two aspects about the instructional concepts and the modification content. Firstly, some instructional concepts on urban plan- ning are put forward to adapt to the sustainable development in informational society including such concepts as network space on region, ecology on city growth, information sustain on economy development, humanism on society conformity, system on society-economy-space complex and the concept of spacetime continuance on development;Secondly, the content on urban planning are emphasized on amending to adapt to the sustainable development in informational society including the extend of the content on substance planning, the embodiment of network character on space configuration planning ,the adjustment of urban land planning and the sustainable development of urban transportation planning . The aim of the paper is to explore a sustainable development strategy for urban planning in the face of the coming information society.
