摘要
以无水氯化锌为催化剂、盐酸和异丙醇为原料合成氯代异丙烷,优化的工艺条件为:物料配比,n(异丙醇)∶n(盐酸)∶n(氯化锌)=1∶1.5∶1.5,反应温度56℃,反应时间3 h,氯代异丙烷的收率为75.4%,纯度99.2%,催化剂有较好的使用寿命.
2-Chloropropane was synthesized with concentrated hydrochloric acid and iso-propanol in the presence of zinc chloride as a catalyst. Through a series of experiments, the optimal procedure was summarized.- the mole ratio of iso-propanol, concentrated hydrochloric acid and zinc chloride was 1 : 1.5 : 1.5, the reaction time and temperature were 3 h and 56 ℃ respectively . The yield was 75.4%, and the purity was 99.2%(ω/ω) tested by GC. During the procedure, the catalyst, zinc chloride, had a good life. The nucleophilic substitution reaction mechanism contains the two, SN 1 and SN2.
