产ε-聚赖氨酸菌株生物合成条件研究 被引量:8

Identification of a ε-polylysine-producing strain and study of its biosynthetic conditions

摘要 对一株产ε聚赖氨酸Kitasatosporasp PL6 3菌株进行生理生化特性研究。并通过5L发酵罐中εPL的合成条件的考察,发现在搅拌转速为35 0r/min ,pH 4 0 ,初糖浓度为3%并补糖的操作条件下εPL的质量浓度可高达6 6 5g/L ,产率提高近10倍。 Systematical study on the strain, Kitasatospora sp. PL6-3, including morphology, physiological and bio chemical characters was carried out. Investigation on the fermentation conditions of ε-PL was conducted with a 5 L fermenter. Under the optimal condition:pH 4.0, stirring speed 350 r/min, initial mass concentration of glucose at 3 % with intermittent supplement, the mass content of ε-PL reached 6.65 g/L, and the productivity of ε-PL was 10-folds higher than that by the shaked flask culture.
