摘要
本文应用超声波探伤的基本原理和实际探伤经验对钢结构桁架相贯线焊缝的超声波检测进行了研究。运用缺陷反射回波的包络线法,分析了相贯线焊缝缺陷的性质,总结归纳了一些典型缺陷反射回波的规律,对其它类型焊缝缺陷的定性也有参考作用。
Tiffs paper makes research into the ultrasonic testing of welds for steel- structure truss with connected line according to the basic theory of ultrasonic testing and the practical experience of testing. And it uses reflective return wave of defect to analyse the character of the flaws that are in the welds with connected lines, and generalize regularity of some typical reflexive return wave of defects. It is also used to determine the character of other kinds of flaws in welds.
