摘要
企业引进的ERP系统,使用的效果却有好有坏,而且不乏完全失败的案例。针对出现的问题,分析问题存在的原因,给出解决问题的途径。
The enterprises introduce ERP system, but the using result alternates between good and bad , and does not lack the case totally failing. The implementation of ERP should go on orderly, the leader should take the lead to pay attention to every department should participate in actively, do a good job of enterprise's Business Process Reengineering emphatically in the course of implementing.
