左归丸针对性调节MSG-肝再生-大鼠再生肝组织基因表达 被引量:18

摘要 目的:研究左归丸对MSG-肝再生-大鼠再生肝组织基因表达谱的影响,探讨左归丸调节MSG-肝再生-大鼠再生肝的分子机制。方法:复制MSG-肝再生-大鼠模型,给予左归丸5g/kg灌胃治疗2周后,观察再生肝组织基因表达谱的变化规律。结果:左归丸对MSG-肝再生-大鼠再生肝组织基因表达具有针对性调节作用的有12条。其中,模型组相对于对照组上调、治疗后下调的基因有5条。模型组相对于对照组下调、治疗后上调的基因有7条。结论:左归丸对MSG-肝再生-大鼠再生肝组织的部分基因表达具有针对性调节作用,这可能是左归丸滋养肝肾调节肝再生的重要分子机制之一。 Objective To research the effect of Zuogui Pill on the gene expression profile in MSG-liver regeneration-rat, and to study the molecular mechanism of Zuogui Pill adjusted its liver regeneration. Methods Copying MSG-liver regeneration-rat model, treated group was treated by Zuogui Pill(5g/kg) for 2 weeks. The gene chip of gene expression profile were used to examine the change about gene expression profile of the regenerational liver tissues. Results: Zuogui Pill shown its effect that aim directly at adjusted 12 genes'expression. There're 5 genes that are upper expressed when model group contrasted with control group, and lower expressed when treated group contrasted with model group. There're 7 genes that are lower expressed when model group contrasted with control group, and upper expressed when treated group contrasted with model group. Conclusions Zuogui Pill shown its effect that aim directly at adjusted 12 genes' expression. The result hinted that Zuogui Pill could influence the liver regeneration by adjusted the gene expression of MSG-live regeneration-rat.
