摘要
证候系统生物学是综合运用中医证候学和现代系统生物学的理论与方法的新交叉学科。运用系统生物学的理论与技术构建慢性乙型肝炎证候系统生物学研究平台,建立系统研究方法、研究其证候系统生物学基础,形成完整的证候系统生物学研究结果,提升研究能力和防治水平,至少可解决"证候理论研究的瓶颈"、"辨证论治的盲点"、"中医药疗效机制的暗箱"等重大科学问题。作者进一步对慢性乙型肝炎证候系统生物学的研究思路、技术方法和研究进展进行了简要论述。
Syndrome system biology is a new inter-disciplines that applys the theory and method of traditional Chinese medical syndrome and modern system biology synthetically. Using the theory and method of system biology to structure the syndrome system biology studying platform of chronic hepatitis B could establish system research method and study the syndrome system biology base of chronic hepatitis B, then to form entire syndrome system biology studies results, to advance research ability and prevention level. It could resolve significant science proble such as＂the bottleneck of syndrome theory research, the blind spot of syndrome differentiation and treatment＂ and＂ the effect mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine＂at least. Further,the author gave a brief discussion about the research approach, technology and research progress of chronic hepatitis B syndrome system biology.
