摘要
为了解决困扰辽宁沿海经济带因经济高速发展中所引发的诸多资源环境问题,采用对比分析的方法,对区域资源环境承载能力现状进行评价和影响因素综合分析,提出只有通过不断提升经济发展的质量和不断提升资源环境承载力才能实现辽宁沿海经济带可持续发展。研究结果对实现辽宁沿海经济带可持续发展具有指导意义。
A comparative analysis was made to solve various resource environment problems from the rapid developments in the coastal ecomonimic belts in Liaoning Province.The present situation of re-gional resource environment capacity was evaluated and the influential factors were analyzed.Proposals are presented that the sustainable development in Liaoning coastal economic belts must be fulfiled through continuous improvement of economic development quality and resource environment capacity.Results offer guidance for the sustainable development of Liaoning coastal economic belts.
