摘要
维系良好的水生态环境,是漓江流域社会经济可持续发展的重要保障,也是实现人水和谐的前提条件。近年来,随着城市经济建设的快速发展,工业用水量不断增加,使得水资源开发程度不断加大,造成漓江水量递减,出现枯水期逐年扩大、水文水生态效益减退等问题。针对上述问题,分析了漓江水资源承载力,从生态水利建设出发,提出水资源合理开发与保护的对策。
Maintaining good water ecological environment,is not only an important guarantee for social and economic sustainable development around the Lijiang river area,but also the premise of achieving human- water harmony. In recent years,with rapid development of the city economic construction,the amount of water used in industrial work has been continuously increased. Which has enlarged the degree of water resource development and caused reduction of water in Lijiang river and problems that dry season has expanded annually,hydrologic ecological benefits have declined,etc. View of these problems,according to the actual situation,analyzed the water resources carrying capacity of Lijiang river,and basing on ecological water conservancy construction,proposed the countermeasures of rational development and protection of water resources.
