不同年龄段女性腰椎骨密度比较分析以及饮用牛奶的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究不同年龄段女性腰椎骨密度(BMD)差异,以及饮用牛奶对其影响。方法应用法国DMS CHALLENGER全身双能X线骨密度仪(Systemic dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry&dexa),对543例女性进行腰椎(L2、L3、L4)BMD及BMC检查,对测量的骨矿含量(BMC)和面平均BMD按年龄组进行平均值和标准差的计算,绘制年龄与BMD及BMC曲线,根据年龄曲线描述饮奶与腰椎骨密度的关系。结果①结果显示BMD与BMC在30-39岁之间左右达到高峰,经常饮奶者(C组)高于其它两组。②30-39岁之前,三组BMD及BMC均呈上升趋势,BMC上升趋势明显高于BMD;30-39岁之后二者均呈下降趋势,但是C组下降趋缓。结论经常饮奶可以有效提高女性BMD与BMC峰值;补充牛奶量对维持人体腰椎BMD及BMC有一定的作用。
