摘要
阐释院校研究中知识管理的内涵,论证院校研究从信息管理转向知识管理的范式转换的基本条件,有利于构建院校研究中的知识管理模式。
The study on the definition of knowledge management and the essential terms which college research will be transformed from information management to knowledge management,and it will be beneficial to setting up the knowledge management models in the college research.
