摘要
传统的技术社会学主张技术决定社会的变迁。20世纪80年代,新技术社会学产生,它认为技术是由社会因素建构而成的。从学科观念、学科铺垫、技术认知、研究方法论、研究视角以及发展格局等方面,探讨了新技术社会学之所以"新"的原因。
