摘要
目的探讨Verisyse人工晶状体植入矫正超高度近视的初步临床效果。方法超高度近视(-12.5D至-21.0D)患者5人(10眼)行Verisyse人工晶状体植入术,分析比较术前、术后1天及术后3个月、6个月的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力与调节力,问卷调查术后6个月视觉质量和满意度,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果①术后视力:术后1天平均裸眼视力0.70,平均最佳矫正视力0.80;术后3个月平均裸眼视力0.80,平均最佳矫正视力0.85;术后6个月裸眼视力及最佳矫正视力同术后3月。与术前比较:裸眼视力(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;最佳矫正视力(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。调节力:术后1天与术前相比(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;术后3个月与术前相比(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。3、术后6个月进行问卷调查:5名患者术后视觉质量好,感觉术后满意,乐于推荐该手术。结论 Verisyse人工晶状体植入矫正超高度近视有较好的临床效果,术后病人视觉质量得到较好改善,满意度高。
Objective To investigate the clinical correction effect of the Verisyse intraocular lens implantation for high myopia.Methods 5 high myopia(-12.5D to-21.0D) patients(10 eyes) were received the Verisyse intraocular lens implantation with peribulbar anesthesia.The uncorrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity and the accommodation power before the surgery were recorded at 1 day after the surgery,3 months after the surgery and 6 months after the surgery,then a questionnaire survey was given 6 months after the surgery.The statistical software SAS8.2 was adopted.Results 1.Postoperative visual acuity: the uncorrected average visual acuity was 0.70 and the best corrected average visual acuity was 0.80 one day after the surgery;the uncorrected average visual acuity was 0.8 and the best corrected average visual acuity was 0.85 three months after the surgery;the uncorrected visual acuity and the best corrected visual acuity were totally the same at six months after the surgery and three months after the surgery.Compared with the preoperative: uncorrected visual acuity(P 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.2.Accommodation power: compared between 1 day after the surgery and the preoperative(P > 0.05),no significant difference;compared between 3 months after the surgery and the preoperative(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.Questionnaire survey six months after the surgery: five patients had good visual quality and satisfied,willing to recommend the surgery.Conclusion Verisyse intraocular lens implantation has good clinical effect,in correction of high myopia Postoperative patients get good visual quality and mostly satisfied.
