摘要
在对冲头的结构进行改进的基础上,选用T8和40Cr作为冲头材料,并对材料为T8的冲头进行了强韧化处理,对材料为40Cr的冲头进行了激光表面强化处理。结果表明,经过强韧化处理的T8冲头具有良好的综合机械性能,提高了冲头的使用寿命;经过激光表面强化的40Cr的冲头,其表面硬度进一步提高,且心部韧性良好,因此更有效地提高了冲头的使用寿命。
respectively use T8 and 40Cr as punch materials and proceed strengthening toughness treatment to T8 and Lasor surface strengthening to 40Cr punch based on the improve of punch structure.The results show that T8 punch have good comprehensive mechanical properties by strengthening touheness treatment and that 40Cr punch by lasor surface strengthening advance surface hardness but have good core toughness,Thus,the lifetime of punch is more effectively advanced.
