我国居民消费对资源环境压力的综合分析 被引量:4

Comprehensive Analysis of Resource-environment Pressure from Consumption of Chinese Citizens

摘要 综合分析了我国发展的各个主要阶段及人口、消费与生态环境耦合变化的演进轨迹。通过计算和比较消费压力人口,定量说明了我国居民生活消费环境压力的区域分异情况。研究表明:目前我国消费水平增速提高,已经由资源环境压力的隐形因素转化为显性因素;同时生活消费对资源环境压力存在显著区域差异,加大了可持续发展政策设计的难度。以上问题需在可持续发展的中国特色理论发展和战略实践中得到统筹考虑。 This paper researches the relative status between population,consumption and environment in different stages,and studies different pressure from life consumption by calculating consumption-pressure population.According to the results,the rising consumption level turned into the dominant factor of the resource-environment pressure,as the material production and consumption scale enlarge continually.In the meantime,the pressure from the life consumption appears to be remarkably different between provinces,which would make the policy making for the sustainable development of our country more difficult.These problems should be taken into consideration in the Chinese sustainable consumption strategy.
